EN-95931 The connection to an SSL enabled server cannot be established if the setting UseCustomBaseFolder is used to set an alternative download folder.
The root cause of this problem is that the local WoodWingStudio.noindex/InDesign folder is not created automatically when trying to log on. As a consequence, the default cacert.pem certificate file cannot be created on the local system and therefore the connection over HTTPS fails.
This is a side effect of the improvement ticket EN-95517 'Do not create empty folders for images and articles that are not required to be downloaded after opening a layout in InDesign or InDesign Server' which was implemented in version 18.0.2 of Studio for InDesign and InCopy 2023.

These menu commands are available while working on the article in Layout view when placing the text cursor somewhere in the article using the Text Selection tool and right-clicking the article.

EN-94332 InDesign crashes when opening and closing a layout containing an updated article consisting of a graphic and text component that are assigned to an InDesign Article from a script.
EN-94832 A library that was not locked while closing InDesign can be checked-in after relaunching InDesign.
EN-95361 After opening a layout that contains an image that was placed in Studio and the layout was processed by InDesign Server, the image has both the Studio and native InDesign adornment drawn on the graphic frame.
EN-95517 Do not create empty folders for images and articles that are not required to be downloaded after opening a layout in InDesign or InDesign Server.
EN-95534 Images and articles are not added in the hierarchy of an unfiltered Studio panel if these images are not present in the panel.
EN-95568 When a layout is routed to a user, the user is not selected in the Route To dropdown of the Check-In dialog.
