When in Studio for InDesign a new article is created or when components are added to an existing article, the order in which each article component is added to the hierarchy of the article is by default controlled by the order in which the frames are positioned on the layout. (See Controlling the component order for articles using Studio for InDesign.)
Because this may not always give the right results, the order can also be controlled by the order in which the Element Labels are set in the preferences of InDesign.
This is controlled by the following option:
- File: configserver.php file (recommended: config_overrule.php file)
- Name of option: UseElementLabelOrder
- Location: Server Features section
- Example:
new Feature( 'UseElementLabelOrder' ),
