Configuration option for turning image frames into articles in Studio for InDesign

When turning frames on a layout into an article, any frames that include an image are by default not included.

Such frames are only included when the following feature is enabled in Studio Server:

• File: configserver.php file (recommended: config_overrule.php file)
• Name of option: InCopyImages
• Location: Server Features
• Example:
