Enabling image placement for Studio for InCopy

To make it possible to place images that are stored in Studio Server in InCopy, the following feature needs to be enabled in Studio Server:

• File: configserver.php file (recommended: config_overrule.php file)
• Name of option: InCopyImages
• Location: Server Features
