Viewing Studio usage data on WoodWing Cloud

Managers of a Studio environment on WoodWing Cloud need a clear overview of the Studio usage data on WoodWing Cloud so that they can assess if this usage is still within limits.

This overview is made available on the Usage Dashboard as part of the WoodWing Identity Service.

Notes: The Dashboard is in English only. Currently only file storage data is shown.

Accessing the Dashboard

The Usage Dashboard is only available to users with the role of owner.

The Dashboard can be accessed by logging in to your account on the WoodWing Identity Service and choosing Usage Dashboard from the menu on the left.

Note: The Usage Dashboard is gradually rolled out on a per-customer basis. When it is not yet available for you, contact your WoodWing representative for more information.

Using the Dashboard

The Dashboard shows the total storage per tenant and month. Filters can be used to focus on a specific time period.

Notes: File storage includes all files stored on WoodWing Cloud for the tenants of your organization; not only published content. See also Understanding customer storage composition and usage breakdown on WoodWing Cloud. Values are rounded up or down depending on their value, and may differ slightly from exact figures. Data may take up to 72 hours to appear.
