Unable to access the Web Server

When you are not able to access the Web Server, try one of the following solutions:

• Apache Welcome Page does not appear. Check the documentation of your operating system for a solution.

• Incorrect URL. Try the following URL: http://127.0.0.1.

• Port conflict on Oracle. Oracle uses a documentation tool on port 80 which may block access to the Web Server. To resolve this, stop or remove the Oracle tool.
