Adding, removing or updating Publish Form components (Facebook) in Enterprise 9

Changing the components of a Facebook Publish Form — such as rearranging them, adding new components or removing components — is not possible. The reason for this is that the functionality is hard-coded in the Enterprise Server plug-in (named 'Facebook - Publish Forms') and can therefore not be changed.

Note: Technically you could manually modify the configuration files of the plug-in, but this is not supported and should be done at your own risk.
