After installing Studio for InDesign and InCopy, certain menu commands are missing or grayed-out.
Analysis
Some of the added functionality conflicts with existing InDesign and InCopy functionality. To resolve these conflicts, the menu commands listed below are modified. This is done during the installation of Studio for InDesign and InCopy by moving specific plug-ins to a temporary folder.
File menu

Resolution
The menu commands can be restored again by uninstalling Studio for InDesign and InCopy. During this process, the removed plug-ins are moved back after which all commands are available again.
