This applies to saving a layout, creating a Dossier, uploading a file, and so on, using Studio or Smart Mover. When attempting to save a file that contains any of these characters, a message is shown. The file cannot be saved in Studio Server until the character is removed.
Note: Configuring the list of invalid characters is not possible.
Integration with Assets
Another way of adding files to Studio Server is by adding them from Assets.
However, fewer characters are considered to be invalid in Assets Server than in Studio Server. When a file is added from Assets to Studio Server therefore, the name of the file in Assets Server is adjusted by removing those characters that are invalid in Studio Server.
