Editing images in Assets

In Assets, images can be edited without opening them in an external editor.

The following actions can be performed:

• Rotating an image
• Flipping an image

Tip: For performing light photo editing tasks for images that are used in social and digital channels, such as image cropping, overlying text, adding stickers and so on, use the Photo Editor.

Rotating an image

Info: This feature requires that the 'Image manipulation' feature is assigned to the Capability setup for your user account.

Step 1. Right-click an image anywhere in Assets.

Step 2. From the context menu choose Image followed by one of the rotating actions:

• Rotate right
• Rotate left
• Rotate 180⁰

Flipping an image

Info: This feature requires that the 'Image manipulation' feature is assigned to the Capability setup for your user account.

Step 1. Right-click an image anywhere in Assets.

Step 2. From the context menu choose Image followed by one of the flip actions:

• Flip horizontal
• Flip vertical
