Part of setting up your Swivle environment is defining what users are permitted to do with the files that they have access to.
This is done as part of setting up Rules by selecting the permissions that users are allowed to make use of, and clearing the permissions that they should not be able to use. Each permission is represented by an icon.
This article describes each permission and what it is for.
