Overset behavior when editing an article in Layout view in Studio for InCopy

When opening or working on an article in Layout view in InCopy and overset is encountered, Studio for InCopy automatically creates a new layout to fit the additional text.

If you want to rely on the standard overset functionality of InCopy instead, and not have pages automatically created, then this behavior can be disabled by adding a setting in a configuration file.

Note: Depending on your access rights and which file is to be configured, you may need assistance from your system administrator.

Change the behavior by configuring InCopy in one of the following ways:

• Locally in the WWSettings.xml file of Studio for InCopy:
