WoodWing Workflow Assistant Terms

This document describes the additional terms and conditions applicable to the Workflow Assistant offered as an add-on to WoodWing products. It is referenced from the applicable Sales Order Form.

Description 

The Workflow Assistant delivers a configurable user interface designed specifically for role-based workflows in WoodWing Assets. The Workflow Assistant integration is suitable for repetitive tasks in WoodWing Assets. The Workflow configurator is the management console for the admin users. The Workflow Configurator allows administrators to design workflow panels for users. Users don’t have access to the Workflow Configurator and are shielded from complex business logic. 

Licensing 

• The Workflow Assistant integration is licensed as an add-on to WoodWing Assets, via a fixed annual subscription that includes five users.
• The Workflow Assistant must be purchased for all users; partial licensing is not supported
• The maximum number of workflow panels supported is: 100.
• The minimum contract term is one (1) year. 

Service Level Agreement 

• The Workflow Assistant integration is covered under the same WoodWing Service Level Agreement (SLA) applicable to the underlying WoodWing product (e.g., Assets).
• WoodWing will provide first-line support for the integration in accordance with that SLA.

Miscellaneous 

• There are no Workato Tasks involved.
• Admin training by documentation.
