Info: Performing the step described in this article requires direct server access. Depending upon how your system is hosted and the level of access you have to that system, coordination may be required with your Partner or WoodWing Support team. When a search is performed in Studio for InDesign and InCopy using the Studio panel, a very large number of files can potentially be found.
In order not to negatively impact performance, a maximum of 50 files at a time are displayed by default. You can use the navigation tools to see the next or previous group of 50 files.
Changing this default value is done on Studio Server:
Step 1. Open the configserver.php file on Studio Server (recommended: config_overrule.php file).
Step 2. Locate the setting DBMAXQUERY .
define ('DBMAXQUERY', 50);
Step 3. Set the value of the setting to the desired number.
Note: Entering “0” (zero) will display all found files in one long list. Because this can have a negative impact on performance, using a value of zero is not recommended.
