The WWSettings.xml file is one of the files that is used for configuring various features of Studio for InDesign and InCopy on the system on which it is installed.
When installing Studio for InDesign and InCopy on a system for the first time, a version with a default set of configured options is installed. At that point, all options are disabled (commented out).
Depending on how Studio for InDesign and InCopy should behave for the user on that system, options in the file are added, enabled, or disabled.
For that reason, the file is never overwritten when a new version of Studio for InDesign and InCopy is installed.
This also means that when a new option is introduced or an existing option becomes obsolete, the content of the originally installed file becomes outdated.
To keep track therefore of the options that can (or can no longer) be configured in the file, and to make them findable on Help Center, an overview is provided in this article.
The options are listed in alphabetical order.
