WoodWing Cloud identity management and VPN connections

VPN connections between WoodWing Cloud and on-premise systems are not supported because of maintainability, security, and configuration reasons.

Many customer-managed Identity Management Systems can be accommodated via Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with Okta, AWS Cognito or Azure AD via AWS Cognito.

For customers that do not have Okta or AWS Cognito, LDAPS is an option. WoodWing can either provide access to a 3rd-party cloud-based directory service (JumpCloud) or the customer can provide access to their own LDAP server. However, the customer's LDAP directory MUST have LDAPS enabled and MUST use a certificate from a well-known authority. Custom certificates are not supported.
