Supported software for use with WoodWing Cloud

WoodWing Cloud consists of the WoodWing Assets and WoodWing Studio family of products, in combination with Adobe InDesign, InDesign Server, and InCopy.

The following sections provide information about the versions of these applications that are supported on WoodWing Cloud.

Assets & Studio Server/Client

We upgrade Assets and Studio customers on an announced schedule to maintain consistency and stability in the environment. 

Info: For details on planned versions and dates, please refer to the release calendar. 

Note: Server upgrades will not automatically activate or enable the use of newer versions of third party products. If newer versions cannot be used you can request to activate them for your environment by contacting support.

Adobe

The following versions are currently supported:

• For InDesign and InCopy clients:
  
  • 2023 (only in combination with Studio Server 10.23+)
  • 2024 (only in combination with Studio Server 10.36+)
  • 2025 (only in combination with Studio Server 10.54+)

• For InDesign Server:
  
  • 2023 (only in combination with Studio Server 10.23+)
  • 2024 (only in combination with Studio Server 10.36+)
  • 2025 (only in combination with Studio Server 10.54+)

Info: A self-hosted InDesign Server is supported for non-print editor preview-related tasks.

Support for InDesign and InCopy clients follows the general InDesign release policy. For the latest information see the End of life overview.
