WoodWing Cloud is available in three regions: EMEA, US, and APAC. Each customer chooses one region when their subscription starts, and all their environments, both production and non-production environments, are hosted in that region.

What your region means for you
Maintenance windows are 3:00–6:00 AM local time in your region's hosting location. Upgrades and maintenance are planned within these windows. For details, see WoodWing Cloud updates and maintenance and the release calendar.

Choosing a region
Users can work with WoodWing Cloud from any location. For the best performance, choose the region closest to where most of your users are, and take into account any data residency requirements your organization has.
