Changing the WoodWing Identity Service organization name or URL

Getting started with a WoodWing application such as Assets 10 typically involves testing it during a trial period using a trial license.

The organization name for the environment that is set up is then based on the e-mail address that was provided during the sign-up. This name is also part of the URL to access the environment.

At any point during the trial or after purchasing a full license, you may want to change this name or URL. How this is done is described in this article.

Steps to follow

Step 1. Log in to the WoodWing Identity Service as a user that is part of a group with the role of 'owner'.

Step 2. Access the Settings page.

Step 3.  Under Organization information, click the Edit icon.

The Edit organization information panel appears.

Step 4. Edit the organization name and or organization URL and click Save.
