Changing the tenant name or URL in the WoodWing Identity Service

Getting started with a WoodWing application such as Assets 10 typically involves testing it during a trial period using a trial license.

The tenant names (the names of instances to WoodWing applications such as Assets 10) that are set up are then based on the e-mail address that was provided during the sign-up. This name is also part of the URL to access a tenant.

At any point during the trial or after purchasing a full license, you may want to change these names or URLs. How this is done is described in this article.

Steps to follow

Step 1. Log in to the WoodWing Identity Service as a user that is part of a group with the role of 'owner'.

Step 2. Access the Tenants page.

Step 3.  Select the tenant you want to change and click the Edit icon.

The Edit tenant information panel appears.

Step 4. Edit the tenant name and or tenant URL and click Save.
