Troubleshooting: The page is grayed-out and a spinning icon and message is shown This happens in Studio Server 10.44 and higher when the system is busy processing another update or delete request. See the section below about this behavior. |
Note for Studio Server 10.43 and lower: Refrain from clicking Update or Delete multiple times. This process may take some time to complete; repeatedly clicking the button sends out new requests which can result in database conflicts and data corruption.
Behavior in Studio Server 10.44.0 and higher
When a custom property is updated or deleted, the server needs time to fully update the database. To indicate that the system is busy processing such a request, specific actions take place after clicking Update or Delete, depending on the scenario as shown in the following table:
# | Scenario | Actions |
---|---|---|
1 | The action is started while no other update or delete process is already running. |
The action is being processed. Keep this page open to prevent data corruption.
|
2 | The action is started while another update or delete process is already running. |
The database is currently busy and cannot process this action. Try again later. |
