The phpMyAdmin page shows sources of PHP script

Issue

When the browser page shows sources of the PHP script when opening the phpMyAdmin page, this means that the Web Server has no association for the .php extension.

Solution

This can be fixed in the Apache configuration file or the MS Internet Information Manager.
