Using the Functional management Dashboard in Xtendis 8

The Functional management section of Xtendis is used by system administrators for performing basis tasks such as monitoring the system, managing users and user groups, and more.

When accessing the Functional management section, the Dashboard appears.

It provides a general overview of important information such as active users, storage use, total number of documents in the system, and more.

Using the options in the menu, pages can be accessed for performing various tasks. The following table shows the available pages and what they are used for. Follow the links for more information.

Archives overview	For viewing the statistics of the available archives.
Users	For managing users.
Groups	For managing user groups.
Reporting	For creating various system reports.
Lookup tester	For constructing search queries used by third-party applications for connecting to Xtendis.
Table Data Manager	For managing data that is used in lookups.
Webhooks	For letting external systems react to an action in Xtendis by using a Webhook.
Outlook add-in configuration	For configuring the settings of the Xtendis add-in for Microsoft Outlook.
Processes overview	For viewing processes that are run in Xtendis in a visual way.
Icon chooser	For copying icons for use in various locations in Xtendis.
