1. Create Your Account
While you can browse much of our documentation as a guest, creating an account allows you to submit requests and track their progress in real-time.
Step 1: Click the Sign in button at the top right of the page.
Step 2: If you are new to the Help Center, click the "Sign up" link at the bottom of the pop-up.
Step 3: Enter your full name and work email. You will receive a verification email to set your password.
Note: If you have emailed us before, use the "Get a password" link to initialize your account.
2. Meet Theona: Your AI Support Agent
Before you even open a ticket, say hello to Theona! You’ll find her living in the chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen.
Theona is our intelligent AI agent designed to give you instant answers. She has read all our documentation and can help you:
Find specific setup guides in seconds.
Troubleshoot common "how-to" questions.
Direct you to the right download or release note.
Just click the bubble and start typing—she’s available 24/7 to keep your workflow moving.
3. How to Submit and Track Requests
If Theona can't solve your issue, our human experts are ready to step in. Our structured forms ensure your inquiry reaches the right specialist immediately.
Submitting a Request
Click "Submit a request" in the top navigation menu.
Select a form: Choose the type (e.g., Product related Question or License/Subscription related question).
Provide Details: Attach screenshots or log files directly to the form to help us troubleshoot faster.
Managing Your Tickets
To see where your inquiry stands, click on your Profile Icon at the top right and select "Requests". Here, you can view the status of current tickets and add additional comments.
