Upgrading locally installed applications for WoodWing Cloud

While WoodWing Cloud is mainly a service provided via the cloud, specific applications for creating publications are installed locally on the user's system. These include:

• Adobe InDesign, InDesign Server, and InCopy
• WoodWing Studio Agent
• WoodWing Assets Agent

Customer upgrade responsibilities

Take note of the following:

• The customer should follow the Adobe release cycle and upgrade InDesign, InDesign Server, and InCopy to the latest supported major version every 2 years.
• The customer has to upgrade the InDesign / InCopy plug-ins after the environment has been updated, typically 2-3 times a year.
• The customer should upgrade the WoodWing Studio Agent and WoodWing Assets Agent
  when needed.
