Smart Styles license issue

Dear Smart Styles user,

It has come to our attention that our payment and license provider Digital River has filed for insolvency, because of this it is no longer possible to buy new subscriptions or renew subscriptions through our webshop (credit card payment). Customers that for example bought Smart Styles as part of their Studio subscription and pay per invoice are not affected.  
 
While we are reviewing options rest assured that you can continue to use Smart Styles. You might have received information from the MyCommerce platform that your subscription is no longer valid, be assured this is not the case. The license is serviced directly by WoodWing.

Important: Please do not pay any invoice sent via the MyCommerce platform.

Dear users, we have made the following decisions regarding Smart Styles (individual usage):

• if you're a current subscription user, your license will continue to work without additional fees from now on.
• If you have a perpetual license of Smart Styles, you can request this to be converted into a subscription serial number for free. This will give you access to the current and future versions of Smart Styles. Contact sales@woodwing.com to request this conversion.

If you want to buy Smart Styles as a new user:

• This will only be possible if you buy Smart Styles as part of a purchase that also includes WoodWing Studio.
• Stand-alone purchases will not be supported anymore.

Disclaimer: The above is valid as long as the product is not EOL (End-of-Life). We do not plan to sunset the product anytime soon, though. This policy is only applicable to individual users who bought Smart Styles via the webshop.
