Storage and file limitations in Assets 10

Assets is a system in which files are stored in a central location. The amount of storage that you can use and the maximum size that a file can have is limited though, as explained below.

Storage limitations

The amount of storage that you can use depends on your subscription: some subscriptions have unlimited storage while others have a limited amount of storage.

File limitations

No strict upper limit for individual files exists, but the recommended soft limit is 250 GB. 

For files larger than 2 GB, no preview will be generated, and metadata will not be extracted.
