We have some important news to share regarding the ability to bulk publish digital articles in WoodWing Studio. Bulk Publishing is currently under maintenance and not performing as expected. Doing so results in the following error message: Selected articles have been published. Other types of files have been ignored. Please note that the articles will not publish even though the message states that the publish action has been successful.
Impact
- For the time being articles will need to be published individually
- Bulk publish outage effects all customers
Workaround
As a workaround, users can manually publish articles one at a time:
- Navigate to the digital article
- Open the digital article
- Select the publish option in the top right hand corner
Expected time to fix
We are working diligently to end this unexpected outage and complete maintenance. This is our top priority to fix. We will continue to post updates as we know more.
We understand that this lack of support may impact customers who have been using the bulk publishing feature and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
