We have received reports of issues with several of our WoodWing Applications, including Smart Styles, that are related to the recent release of MacOS Sierra. Please be aware that Sierra is not yet on our list with Compatible Operating Systems. You can find this information on our Compatibility Matrix.
Currently known issues with Smart Styles:
- Plugin can not be activated for all users.
- Activated plugins will be deactivated on InDesign restart.
We will investigate above issues in more depth, perform additional tests and update the software where applicable. Once completed, we will add MacOS Sierra to the list of compatible (supported) operating systems.

We have announced the release with a fix for the activation issues with Smart Styles on MacOS Sierra.
