The XSD article schema of Enterprise Server 9

When an article reaches a particular Workflow Status, an output file can be created for use in external systems.

Note: For information about how to set this, see Workflow Status settings in Enterprise Server 9.

This output file is exported into a certain format, as described in the attached XSD document.
