Problem at Amazon Web Services

Please be advised that Amazon Web Services in the US East 1 region has been experiencing service degradation since approx. 12pm noon ET. 

Please monitor the situation at Amazon here at their AWS Health Dashboard.

  • Custom integrations/automations that utilize Lamda, or WW Connect
  • Digital Publishing operations

    The issue has been resolved and all AWS Services are operating normally as of approximately 6:42pm ET.
