SS for InDesign 2021 : 'About' greyed out. 'New" SS greyed out.

Just purchased subscription and cannot find anywhere to activate. Everything is greyed out. Am I missing something?

  Hi Steve, Our Support team did follow up on the request that you sent in. The About dialog is indeed not working due to a change in the Adobe product. Please use the suggestions as mentioned on the support ticket.
