Smart Styles for InDesign CC 2018 once again not functioning

For a month earlier this year I had no use of SS in ID CC 2018. Now running SmartStyles_v13.0.1_Build20, which worked for a week or so and now has stopped running again. I have no access to the activation window, which wasn't working in any case. I'm thinking seriously of cancelling my subscription.

  I am sorry to hear that you can not use your Smart Styles due to license/activation issues. I will forward this post to our Support team. They will assist you to get your Smart Styles activated so that you can use it again.
