Smart Styles Library grayed out

I am doing a clean install of Mac OS High Sierra on my macbook pro. As part of the new installation, I have installed Adobe Indesign CC 2018. I then installed SmartStyles_v12.0.2_Build45. After installing and upon launching indesign, I am not able to use smart styles. There was never an area to put my serial number in either.

Am I doing something wrong?

  Actually, it was SmartStyles_v13.0.0_Build11
