Smart Styles for ID CS5

Hello,

I do need some help:

I am still working with ID CS5 and have got to continue with it on an old computer (10.11.6). I used to work with Smart Styles (I think it's 3.3) and some how I managed to mess up the SW and some features don't work properly any longer. So it would be time to re-install. Problem is: I somehow lost the installer file and WoodWing tells me that they can't provide me with it any longer since they don' have it.
Hence my question is: Has someone got the installer file for CS5 (probably version 3.3)?

I still have my serial number; but that is of no use without the installer file …

I would be extremely grateful for any help!
