Content Station makes use of a concurrent licensing model in which licenses are shared between a group of users. As long as not all licenses are in use, additional users can continue to log in. When the maximum number of users is reached, any subsequent user who wants to log in will have to wait until another user logs out, at which time the license is made available for other users to use.
When a user tries to log in to a Content Station Edition and no license is available, a licensing error is shown. When applicable, the user can then try logging in to one of the other Editions.
Managing licenses
Concurrent licenses are managed through the License Status page in Enterprise Server.
Content Station Pro Edition
Note that access to the Content Station Pro Edition can also be controlled through an Access Right setting in Enterprise Server (see Applications > Content Station - Pro Edition).
