As part of the Daylight Saving Time, clocks are adjusted forward or backward twice a year.
This can sometimes result in system clocks not running in sequence with the clock of the system on which Enterprise Server is installed.
This can result in the following issues:
- Users are not able to log in
- Licenses become invalid
- System time errors occur (Error S2013 and Error S2069)
Enterprise Server can be configured so that any time differences between the Server and its client systems are ignored:
Tip: (For Enterprise Server 10.1 or higher only) Easily manage and configure settings of all configuration files by adding them to a single configuration file.
Step 1. Open the config.php file for Enterprise Server.
Show me the location of this file
<Enterprise Server path>/config
Step 2. Add the following line:
define( 'IGNORE_DS_TIMEDIFF', true );
