Trial license

When trying out Elvis you need to request a trial license. You can apply for a trial license online.

Production License

When you are still configuring the server, including the hardware and network settings, you will need to request a temporary production license. E-mail this request to sales@woodwing.com with the following information:

• Company name
• Company Web site (if applicable)
• Name and e-mail address of a contact person at the company

For a final production license more information is required, because the license will be tied to a specific server by IP address. When IP addresses are regularly changed within the network, it's also possible to set the license to a MAC address. To make sure you get a correct production license, you'll need to send a request to sales@woodwing.com with the following information:

• Company name
• Company Web site
• Name and e-mail address of a contact person at the company
• The standard startup log file, which logs all IP and MAC addresses used by the server; the license will be bound to these addresses.
