When trying to open a file from Content Station by double-clicking it, an error referring to one of the following numbers appear:
- Error #2032
- Error #3003
The cause is related to the location where the opened file needs to be stored. When a file is opened from Content Station, it is saved locally on the system. For this to work, a folder needs to be defined on the system where the file is downloaded to, and you need to have full read and write access to this folder.
To resolve this, use one of the following solutions:
- Make sure that a folder has been set up on the system in which the file is saved and that the path to this folder is correctly referenced in the DocumentsFolder setting in the WWSettings.xml file on the system. See Configuring the opening of files outside of Content Station 9.
- Make sure that the user has full read and write access to the folder in which the file is saved.
