The Document pane appears throughout Content Station as the area in which the files that you can work with are shown.
Examples: The Inbox on the Home page, the Search application, the Dossier tab when Dossier Content is selected.

When viewed in List view mode (shown by default), various columns are shown, each representing a property of a file such as name, Workflow Status, modified date.
By default only a few columns are displayed but you can show additional columns or hide columns that are currently shown.
Step 1. Click the Column List button located just above the column headers to the far right.

Step 2. From the menu select the columns you want to view and de-select the columns that you want to hide.
Step 3. (Optional) When working in a Dossier, select Use as Default from the menu to make the current settings default for all Dossiers.
