Publishing a story by using the Publish Manager in Content Station 9 – Home

Step 1. Open the Publish Manager.

Step 2. Use the Search toolbar to find the story that you want to publish.

Tip: From the Publish State list in the Search toolbar, choose one of the following states:

Ready to be published
New

Step 3. Select one or more stories in the Document pane.

Step 4. From the Publish toolbar, click Publish. The selected stories are published.

Note: As soon as a story is published, you will see it disappear from the "Ready to be published" list or the "New" list. You can find the story by searching for all stories with the state "Published".
