When opening a Dossier in Content Station and choosing a mode in which the Document pane is shown in List View mode (such as Dossier Content or by choosing a Publication Channel of type print), a set of default columns is displayed.

You can add and/or remove columns, rearrange their order and subsequently set these columns as the default ones for the current Dossier or for all Dossiers.
Step 1. Click the Column List button located just above the column headers to the far right and from the menu select the columns you want to view and de-select the columns you want to hide.

Step 2. (Optional) Place the columns in the order of your choice by dragging their column titles into a new position .
Step 3. Click the Column List button and choose Use as Default.
A message appears asking if the current settings should be used as default.
Do you want to use these settings as the default for all Dossiers?
Step 4. Click Yes.
