Regenerating the thumbnail and preview of an asset in the Pro client of Elvis 6

Info: This feature requires Elvis 6.6 or higher.

When an asset is modified — for example by checking it in after editing it — the thumbnail and preview of that asset are automatically updated.

If for some reason this process fails or you feel that the thumbnail or preview does not reflect that of the actual asset, you can update them manually.

To do this, right-click the asset in the Pro client and from the context menu choose Regenerate thumbnail.

Note: This command is only available in the context menu if you have been given permission to use it.
